On one of the most serene and hidden hills of Ibiza, overlooking the Mediterranean, stands a couple KEU units.

This project wasn’t born from investment, but from a shared obsession: That of a Swiss collector who has spent years acquiring living architecture — unique pieces that cannot be replicated.
And that of a design team who understood that, on an island that has everything, what’s truly valuable is absence: of noise, of excess, of spectacle.
Every element was crafted as if it were part of a yacht: with extreme precision, noble materials, and deep respect for the beauty of emptiness.
From the façade treated to reflect the tones of sunset, to frameless glass that disappears into the horizon.
And this house was designed for that: for those who seek a space where contemplation matters more than display.
Where you sleep with the windows open to the sea, and wake without knowing if it’s Tuesday or Sunday.
KEU Ibiza cannot be repeated.
